Machine Feature

• SO4328 is designed for printing various colors of UV inks on the tops of plastic bottle caps, and it delivers excellent performance on common cap materials like PP and PE. The patterns printed with UV inks also boast strong adhesion and scratch resistance, making the machine well-suited for the daily use scenarios of bottle caps.

• The machine offers an optional 1-4 color high-speed printing system, paired with accurate color registration. This flexible color option caters to both simple monochrome logo printing and multi-color pattern printing needs, while the precise color registration ensures sharp edges between printed colors and smooth color transitions.

• The SO4328 uses electrical components from well-known brands, along with an easy-to-operate touch screen and PLC control system, resulting in reliable overall performance. These branded electrical components greatly reduce the machine’s failure rate and prolong its service life, while the touch screen and PLC system allow operators to quickly master operations and adjust parameters with precision.

• The SO4328 is compatible with cap making machines, cap slitting machines, and quality inspection machines.
